NIVOPLAN

Mapei’s Nivoplan is a cementitious leveling mortar designed to correct irregularities on interior and exterior walls and ceilings. It creates flat surfaces prior to the application of ceramic tiles, finishes, or compatible systems.

It is suitable for leveling substrates made of concrete, masonry, blocks, and stable cementitious renders. It can be applied in layers ranging from 2 to 20 mm thick, helping to correct unevenness, surface defects, and uneven areas.

Mix with approximately 25 parts water for every 100 parts of product; the mixture remains workable for two to three hours at 23 °C. Apply with a trowel or float to solid, clean, and properly prepared substrates. Its approximate coverage is 14 kg/m² per centimeter of thickness. It is available in white and gray, supplied in 25-kg bags, and is classified according to EN 998-1 as a GP mortar of category CS IV.
