General Description

Mapegrid G 120 by Mapei is a pre-treated, alkali-resistant A.R. fiberglass mesh designed for localized reinforcement on masonry substrates.

Main Applications

It is used to reinforce specific areas of walls, reduce the risk of hollow blocks detaching, and reinforce perimeter connections between partition walls, exterior walls, and load-bearing elements, such as beams or columns. It must be integrated into compatible mortar systems, such as Planitop HDM Maxi or Planitop HDM Restauro, depending on the characteristics of the project.

Characteristics and Packaging

It has a weight of 125 g/m², a tensile strength of 30 kN/m or greater, and an elongation at break of approximately 1.8%. It is supplied in rolls 25 meters long and 45 centimeters wide. It is a professional solution for the restoration and localized reinforcement of masonry buildings.
