General Description
Mapefill by Mapei is a ready-mixed, fluid, and expansive cementitious mortar designed for precision anchoring and filling cavities where uniform load transfer is required. It meets the requirements of the EN 1504-6 standard for steel reinforcement anchors.
Main Applications
It is suitable for securing machinery, machine bases, support plates, metal structures, bolts, and precast elements. It can also be used to fill rigid joints, voids under supports, and to perform foundation underpinning.
Preparation and Performance
Mix with 14–15 parts water per 100 parts product until a fluid, homogeneous consistency is achieved. It is applied by pouring, remains workable for approximately one hour at 20 °C, and can be applied in layers up to 6 cm thick. Its approximate consumption is 1.95 kg per dm³ of cavity, and it is supplied in 25-kg bags.
