General Description
Keraflex is a high-performance cementitious adhesive, classified as C2TE, with zero vertical slump and extended open time. Its consistency facilitates application and allows for proper adjustment of the tiles during installation.
Main Applications
It is suitable for installing ceramic tiles, mosaics, and stone materials on interior and exterior floors and walls. It is a versatile solution for standard new construction and renovation projects on properly prepared substrates.
Performance and Packaging
The mixture remains workable for more than eight hours and offers a minimum open time of 30 minutes. Grouting can be performed after 4–6 hours on walls and 24 hours on floors. It can withstand foot traffic after approximately 24 hours and is fully serviceable after 14 days. It is available in white and gray, has an EMICODE EC1 R Plus classification, and is sold in 25-kg bags and 5-kg pouches.
