Termoarcilla 14
14-cm tongue-and-groove ceramic block for exterior walls, interior partitions, and load-bearing walls.
General Description
Termoarcilla 14 by Ladrillerías Mallorquinas is a lightweight ceramic block designed for building 14-cm-thick walls. It features a tongue-and-groove joint on its vertical joints, which facilitates the fitting of blocks together and allows the masonry to be laid using cement mortar primarily in the horizontal joints.
It can be used in load-bearing walls, exterior walls, and interior partition walls between dwellings corresponding to Type 2B solutions in the Silensis System. The manufacturer certifies this block for use in load-bearing walls, provided that the installation is carried out in accordance with the project plans, structural calculations, and the corresponding installation instructions.
Its 14 cm thickness makes it the narrowest variant in the series and a suitable solution when a sturdy ceramic masonry wall is needed without taking up the width of the 19, 24, or 29 cm models. The 30-cm-long format allows for rapid progress during installation and reduces the number of pieces needed per square meter.
