General Description

The Mallorcan Hollow Tile from Ladrillerías Mallorquinas is a terracotta tile specially manufactured for exposed installation. It features a characteristic cream color and smooth edges, allowing for traditional, clean, and uniform finishes on roofs and floor slabs.

Thanks to its high flexural strength, it is suitable for use in flat or sloped roofs covered with tiles. It can be installed resting on roof battens or on concrete, metal, or wooden joists, leaving the underside of the tiles visible as the final finish.

Each hollow block is manually selected before being palletized to ensure consistent aesthetic quality in the blocks intended for exposed use. The series is manufactured with a width of 23 cm and a thickness of 3.5 cm, in lengths ranging from 50 to 100 cm.

The range includes the following sizes:

Bovedilla 50: 50 × 23 × 3.5 cm, with an approximate coverage of 8.7 pieces/m², 290 pieces per pallet, and a weight of 3,400 kg per unit.
