Surface Reinforcement

AQUAPANEL® Outdoor/Indoor Surface Mesh is a fiberglass mesh designed to reinforce the finish applied over AQUAPANEL® cement boards. It can be used in both interior and exterior systems, integrated into the corresponding surface mortar.

Strength and Performance

Its flexible and elastic structure allows it to absorb and distribute tensile stresses generated on the surface, helping to reduce the formation of cracks and fissures. It is blue in color, features fibers with a diameter of less than 5 microns, and is supplied in rolls for easy transport and installation.

Application

The mesh is fully embedded in a fresh layer of mortar, avoiding creases and ensuring the specified overlaps between sections. Once installed, it provides a continuous, stable, and durable base for subsequent cladding or decorative finishes.
